1955 Aerocraft 11.5 Rescue Boat - Restored - $2,300 (Mattawan)
Fully restored 1955 Aerocraft 11.5' rescue boat and trailer. Bottom of the hull is 40" wide, beam is 46.5" wide, and sides are 16" high. Extremely stable, shallow draft, with super slick and durabil 'Gator Glide' on bottom of the hull. Bare hull weighs 150lbs.
Trailer was made for this boat when new. They were in service for over 50 years in east Michigan and received the same care as fire trucks; kept clean and always stored indoors. Every square inch of this boat and trailer have been stripped and re-painted. No cracks, welds, patches, leaky rivets, JB Weld or Flex-Seal. Truely remarkable condition for a 69 year old classic.
Too much has been done to list here, must see in person to appreciate. A one-of-a-kind watercraft.
Motor is optionable, it's a 1972 4hp Johnson, extremely low hours, and fully serviced.

1955 AeroCraft Boat and Trailer - $1,600 (Mattawan)
Vintage 1955 AeroCraft boat in excellent condition, fully restored and water ready. Just had it out again today at the Covered Bridge Park outside Centerville.
12' long, 40" wide at the water, 48" wide at the gunnels, and 16" high sides. Never any damage, no leaks, tight rivets, with super slick "Gator Glide" hull coating. You may never see another one like it. Originally put into service as a rescue boat on the east side of the state, so it was always well cared for and stored indoors. Rated for 10hp and 500# weight capacity.
From a 1955 brochure: "The Aero-Craft 'Sea Sled' is favorited for resort and livery service. This extremely rugged flat bottom is very fast and stable. It's unique design gives it maximum seating and load-carrying capacity. Highly recommended for heavy duty use."
Swamp Runner mud motor is NOT included, but is available for $500. It has a brand new Predator Hemi engine, two new props and a used spare. It runs great and moves this boat very well.
Trailer is also fully restored; all new hubs/bearings/springs/wiring/lights/paint/coupling/chains/jack/bunks/tires and wheels.
Will not sell for less - so do not ask.
