1962 Aerocraft 15' boat. 40 horse Gale Sovereign motor.

The good:
No holes in the hull
New wiring
All lights work
Motor ran good last time I started it
Comes with trailer
Has fuel tank with primer pump hose
Have all the trim pieces

The bad:
Rear needs fixed/replaced
Needs interior
Trailer needs wired
Motor needs a prop ($125 at pangborn)
Needs paint

It's a project. I bought it as a project thinking I would have the time to work on it, but I don't.
